So, for instance, if we have 2 deals  available, we allow 2 members to join.

 

THE MEMBERSHIP PROVIDES:

• Exclusive First right of refusal on properties acquired by The Property Energizer and its team

• Keep the foreclosure on hold until we close and fund at title

• Provide contractor quotes which includes a complete and detailed scope of work

• Assist on overseeing contract work

• Provide Real Estate agents at 4% total cost to be split between the buyer and seller agent

• Be transparent on title commitments, mortgage payoffs, liens and any information in regard to the property the member chooses to rehab

• Provide lien template and joint venture agreement to be recorded with the title company​
